Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on certain merchandise. For health, hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, vaping products and e-liquids are considered final sale once shipped. These items cannot be tested for defects after delivery, and therefore we are unable to process returns or issue refunds on them.
We appreciate your understanding — the sensitivity of these products and the inability to verify defects after opening make it impossible for us to accept returns.
